How to determine
your Ring Size

The below information is a widely accepted guide for determining ring size, however it does not account for varying ring shapes and band widths (i.e. a wide band may feel overall smaller on the finger than a thin band despite both bands having identical inner diameter measurements as the wide band takes up more real estate on the finger).

Therefore, this guide is not a guarantee for determining ring size, but should get you quite close, with some allowance for the aforementioned variance in ring shape/width. Many rings can be safely resized up or down by a few sizes by your local, trusted jeweler (Vulpecula does not offer ring resizing services at this time). However, some rings cannot be resized without disrupting the design (i.e. most eternity rings with patterns or stones all the way around). Whether or not a ring can be resized will be noted on the item page, however please contact us if you have any questions or are unsure.

Select a ring you
already own.

1

Measure the internal diameter across the opening of that ring.
