Victorian Style Fox Signet Ring

Inspired by one of my favorite signet rings from my personal collection -- a chunky, carved Victorian carnelian intaglio seal -- if you know anything about me or my brand, I don't need to tell you how excited I am to offer this very special design.

The fox, through tales of folklore and mythology, has earned his place in the bestial kingdom by way of inherent cunning, intelligence, mischief, humor and quick-thinking. In a more spiritual sense, the fox is often seen as a figure of wisdom and guidance -- helping us harness our observational, adaptive and problem-solving skills with conviction. We look to this woodland creature to help us navigate life's challenges, as he seems to offer the will and the way when all seems hopeless or lost. The fox also teaches us to never surrender in defeat.

What I love most about this Blazon release is that the fox is depicted in-motion, in mid-leap, symbolic of his unfailing intuition and ability to navigate and pivot when the going gets tough.

The signet face reflects the age-related (over 200 years!) quirks and unique character of the original Victorian wax seal this ring was cast from, it gives the ring a very special definition, texture and personality all its own.
